Descrição
The GA algorithm needs more generations to produce a good result than the HYBRID. To compare the two, the GA should only print to the fitness file every maxiter*nparam generations.
The MCMC algorithm should also print fitness files every maxiter steps (since it does nparam steps under the hood).
