Make maxDrudeDistance a force field property (in InteractionType::POLARIZATION)

Start by locating InteractionType::POLARIZATION and the existing maxDrudeDistance definition or uses. Trace how force-field properties are represented there and verify that maxDrudeDistance is exposed as a property of that interaction type when the change is complete.
