Description

### Background Information
After creating the tracking page, the user will have access to the entire flow of the verification request — from its creation to the association of a claim. Once a claim is associated, it would be ideal to redirect the user to that claim, thus completing the full flow in which the viewer transitions to following the claim and its subsequent progress.

### How

- You will need to create a redirection card or a timeline end marker for the tracking flow.
- It’s important to ensure that this card is rendered only when the flow is completed and a claim is actually associated.

### Expected Behavior
The expected behavior is that the user will be able to follow the entire flow of the verification request and, at the end, be redirected to the claim — from that point on, continuing to follow the claim’s process. This ensures a complete and visually continuous experience up to the verification stage.
