BUG: User Reactivation Does Not Restore Traits

Description:
When a user is deactivated in Aletheia, their traits in ORY are reduced to only email and username. Upon reactivation, the expected traits—such as role and app affiliation—are not re-applied. As a result, the user is reactivated but lacks the necessary attributes for proper access and functionality.

Expected Behavior:
Reactivating a user should restore all their previously configured traits, including role and app affiliation.

Actual Behavior:
Only email and username are retained after reactivation. Other critical traits are missing, which may cause authorization issues.
