Simplify Workflow

The workflow as it is, is overly complex. I think we can eliminate Conda (the only python package installed is Ansible, we can simply use pip or at most Poetry) and Makim.

We can replace conda with poetry and perhaps we can avoid having to create an ansible Vault for the connection.

Also instead of using Makim to execute the playbook, just use the standard `ansible-playbook` comand, as described [here](https://docs.ansible.com/ansible/latest/playbook_guide/playbooks_intro.html#playbook-execution).

The justification for this issue, is that this workflow is so convoluted that it is not appropriate for a non-technical user.

Even I did not want to go through the whole thing.
