Currencies support

Ideally, changing currency in app settings should alter all transactions to their equivalent. However, this might be a challenge due to conversion rates not being fixed over time.

Other apps offer the possibility to select your currency but (as far as I know) it's only to display the correct text (USD for dollars, EUR for euros) and has no further effect on the data.
