Feature request: auto routing?

Might it be possible to add auto routing to this plugin or document and example of how to get it working?

I'd love to get out of the business of manually writing routes. Instead, I love the Nuxt.js approach to auto-generate routes from `pages/**/*.vue` files, but I'd rather use the standard Vue toolchain as much as possible.

Alternatives attempted:
- I've found Nuxt.js to be unreliable and lacking good documentation, so I'm exploring alternatives.
- I tried integrating the [`vue-auto-routing`][1] project, but I can't get anything to build after this plugin is installed.
