Navbar UI/UX Improvements

Hi , I am a contributor for GSSoC and would like to work on improving the navbar design for this project.

Problems Identified:

1. The Pong title and navbar is not positioned properly ( the navbar is not aligned at the top neither covers the whole page)
2. Text color in the navbar is white which makes it hard to read unless hover so users might face confusion due to it.

Proposed Fixes-
1.Adjust Pong header and navbar position
2.Update the text color to ensure readability even without hover .
