tkinter not found

I install it by the guideline in new venv and also all the requirements, yet after running the script I get an error:

WARNING tkinter not found, file selector will not work.
TensorFlow installation not found - running with reduced feature set.

I tried to install tkinter via pip, but it couldn't find the required version:

ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement tkinter (from versions: none)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for tkinter

Any thoughts?
