fields.whitelist casing issue with postgres

描述
When sinking to postgres and using the fields.whitelist property, if the fields are not specified in lower case then a null pointer exception is thrown [here](https://github.com/aiven/aiven-kafka-connect-jdbc/blob/42d3e33ac08365bf5b8c118b2c629aa81acd12ff/src/main/java/io/aiven/connect/jdbc/dialect/PostgreSqlDatabaseDialect.java#L345)
