StreamWrite Upsert working fine with forward merge on local fork

Hi team,

I noticed that the upsert-delete-prototype branch is 2 commits ahead and 12 commits behind main. I tested a local merge of upsert-delete-prototype into main to verify compatibility, I did a release build for the final merged code and observed that everything is working as expected.

My main goal is to use merge/upsert/delete with streamwrite api on the destination table and with above commits I'm able to use it without issues.

Is there any issue on why this has not been merged to official release?
If there is anything I can help test for integration?
Let me know if any additional testing or validation is needed from my side.
