ios用swipe滑动距离不精准，单位滑动距离过大

描述
在iphone8 ios12.2环境下：
1.使用poco("xxx").swipe([0, -0.02])和poco("xxx").swipe([0, -0.03])
对比滑动距离，前者不滑动，后者从A直接滑动到C
2.使用swipe(v1=[x1, y1], v2=[x2, y2-33])和swipe(v1=[x1, y1], v2=[x2, y2-34])
对比滑动距离，前者不滑动，后者从A直接滑动到C

**预期效果**
通过坐标或者偏移量的微调实现滑动距离微调，可以从A滑动到B
