The document seems outdated,
look into this document https://github.com/AgoraIO-Extensions/agora-rtc-react/blob/main/packages/agora-rtc-react/docs/components/LocalUser.zh-CN.mdx
useLocalAudioTrack is not exported from "agora-react-rtc".
it is not just this problem there are other implementation issues as well in web.
You have not provided any single compact example or some get started code. it is really hard to implement agora which I compell to move to other platform
