[Android] 4 KB zip alignment error - 16 KB required for multiple Agora libraries

### Version of the agora_rtc_engine

Multiple Agora RTC Engine version 6.5.3 libraries are showing zip alignment warnings stating "4 KB zip alignment, but 16 KB is required". This affects most of the native library files in the package.
