## Expected Behavior
The pagination would look good on mobile, or that it would turn into infinite scroll?
## Current Behavior
Currently, it looks poor
## Possible Solution
Infinite Scroll?
## Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)
1. go to `/users`
2. right-click and inspect
3. click on mobile view
4. scroll to the bottom of the page
## Context
We want people to have a good experience on our site while using mobile
