feedback about whether the mob is live

I'm wondering if we can get feedback from jitsi about how many people are in the mob? something we were looking at (and not much progressed on) in websiteone https://github.com/AgileVentures/WebsiteOne/issues/1728

there is an API for jitsi:

Start with the Jitsi API documentation and the related WebsiteOne issue #1728 to determine the available participant-count feedback and intended scope. Done means the project has an agreed implementation for reporting how many people are in the mob; the payload names no Paironauts files or tests to run.
