Daily Price Updates has failed on every run since 2025-09-01

The `Daily Price Updates` workflow is still enabled and still firing on its midnight-UTC schedule. It has not succeeded since **2025-09-01**, and it has failed every scheduled run since — including today's.

This is not visible from the repository's front page, which is what makes it worth writing down: the workflow shows as `active`, runs appear in the Actions tab every morning, and the failures are silent. The prices themselves have been frozen since the last merged update on **2025-09-05**.

### Why this matters more than a stale table

Several open issues are really this issue wearing different clothes — #231 (latest GPT/Anthropic/Gemini models), #193 (missing Bedrock and Vertex entries), #145 (OpenRouter entries not updating). They are all downstream of the updater not running, so adding models by hand closes none of them for longer than a day: the next model release re-opens the gap, and the automation that used to close it is the part that is broken.

I could not read the run logs to identify the failing step — Actions logs are not retrievable for non-collaborators — so I have deliberately not guessed at a cause. Anyone with push access can see it immediately in the most recent run, and the failure is reproducible daily.

Whatever the fix turns out to be, the workflow failing loudly enough for someone to notice seems worth having regardless: 11 months of daily red runs went unremarked, which is its own finding.
