Report entire prop board struct, as well as raw counts

It is currently read and kept in the `SerialPortSource` class. Report this back to the operator somehow, would be easier with #14

NOTE: I think this should be an option we can switch on and off from operator side, like with a Debug flag maybe? This is actually really non-trivial and kind of hard, so let me know if you want to do it.
