## Objectives:
Rewriting the AeroRust NMEA 0183 parser as specified/discussed in https://github.com/AeroRust/nmea/issues/9.
## Motivation:
There are a few Rust NMEA parsers out there, all with their nice little advantages and features, as the one AeroRust is providing currently has the most downloads on [crates.io](https://crates.io/search?q=nmea) it makes sense for it to support as many features and use cases as possible.
