Feature: Use tags on github projects to style personal page

We can use the tags on github projects to add a type and a markdown badge for each project displayed on the personal page.

Get the tags using github api:
``` `https://api.github.com/repos/${userName}/${repoName}/tags` ```

Then if any tags which are a type we can add a type icon to the project card.

And below it we can add the github markdown badges.
