Provide Heroku & SonarCube binding for website

For the student projects a Heroku and SonarCube account that was based on a private student account has been used for Heroku and SonarCube. The student has revoked the access and therefore we need new (team/org) accounts for the services and bind them to the repo.

I assume @gdams has the rights to do that? Adding @aahlenst since we might missed some important info?
