Regenerate Dockerfiles after changes to automation scripts

Many thanks to @dinogun for fixing the Alpine Linux package installation bug in #373.

@karianna, when do you think the files in this repository will be regenerated to reflect this patch? As of https://github.com/AdoptOpenJDK/openjdk-docker/commit/b131ee0d55a04137448b6c745d85288b8bc7cd03, files like `11/jre/alpine/Dockerfile.hotspot.releases.full` are still invalid.

Perhaps this process of regenerating files could be automatically triggered by a merge to the master branch?
