When running in debug mode, temporary files should not be cleaned up:
https://github.com/AdoptOpenJDK/jlink.online/blob/ef71e0dbbbbf38bbbebe32042ec8f6cf814ae356/jlink.go#L277
This would help a lot when debugging the generated runtimes.
