Default proxy / path for settings file on windows

Hi all.

I am trying to find out where iceteaweb stores its settings on windows.
I see it uses folders .cache and .config in the user profile but it doesnt seem to store proxy settings there. if i delete those folders, the proxy settings in itweb-settings.bat are still the one i manually set. i also dont have any java deployment properties configs in the user profile. i also did not find anything in registry.

what i want to achieve is change the default proxy setting of icedteaweb because default is direct setting and this is bad. so i wanted to find out where that setting file is stores so that i can edit this file and copy this file to other user profiles as default setting.
