LDME 7 Support

Driver is installed, however providers are not detected. The same machine (Lenovo Thinkpad T480 Intel graphics) with LDME 6 before upgrade was using 2 displays with Display Link station w/o issues...

The report only names the debug entry point, displaylink-debian.sh --debug, and the generated X11 config at /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/20-displaylink.conf. Start by reproducing the provider detection problem on LMDE 7/Linux Mint gigi with DisplayLink service running. Done means the installer or config path makes external providers appear again, but the issue does not identify the code to change.
