Bug: Someone managed to create a duplicate script

**Describe the bug**
Sadly I've had to delete the offending scripts but there were 2 1.0.0 versions of a script, both marked as the latest as they appeared in search and both linked to the same Script object.

It came after a version was deleted, here's what the person who uploaded the script says

> I uploaded the script first without an author's name so I tried deleting it and recreating it, and I forgot to hit the Wizard contest tag so I deleted and added it again.
And this was all very quickly, not sure if that matters
