Module fixes issues with all apps except chrome

I stopped getting certificate errors for all apps after installing this. Chrome still doesn't work and I get a "certificate transparency required" error.

I noticed there are flags in the chrome://flags to disable certificate transparency but it seems to have no effect.

Reproduce the certificate error in Chrome after installing the module, comparing it with the other apps that work. Check whether Chrome's certificate transparency requirement is affected by the module or by the chrome://flags settings. Done means Chrome no longer reports the stated error while HTTPS filtering continues to work for the other apps.
