説明
Hello,
I have some odd problems that have been going on for eternity which, as it seems, aren't being addressed in the background... or maybe I'm really the only one dealing with them.
The first one goes back well over a year — back then the "AdGuard Annoyances filter" was somehow removed and replaced or something like that.
It's been quite a while, so I don't remember 100%. I contacted support via email back then.
Why? Because when I report an issue via https://reports.adguard.com/en/new_issue.html, the legendary "AdGuard Annoyances filter" is still there, even though I do "not" have it in my AdGuard for Windows, since it no longer appears in the program. Manually adding it to the program doesn't help either — it still isn't recognized.
Meaning, when reporting an issue, back then I had to manually tick the "AdGuard Annoyances filter" every single time, otherwise I was not able to proceed further and forced into this to report cookies.
Here: `Problem type -> Annoyances: pop-ups, cookie warnings, and other notifications`.
It seems to have been otherwise fixed at some unknown point recently, since I'm no longer forced to pick it up manually anymore.
But still, why does this filter still show up there? Why don't you just finally delete it? Makes no sense to me.

The second problem started with the introduction of "SockFilter (experimental)", which I selected to test it out, and it caused a new problem, which is still present.
https://adguard.com/en/blog/adguard-for-windows-v7-22-4.html
So the problem is here since February 26, 2026
After enabling SockFilter on release date and I tried to report issues, I noticed that I needed to do this:
`Do you have WFP driver enabled in AdGuard network settings?` with `Yes or No` on every issue, which is very annoying.
So the system somehow detects that I don't use "WFP" anymore.
But on the same day I switched back to WFP and that isn't detected anymore. Coincidentally right after switching and switching back, all on one day.
This is how it looks like - there is no Yes or No. I need to do it manually since then.
I even did a fresh Windows install in the meantime. Didn't help.
So from where is this hidden problem coming from?
I'm not allowed to upload the "adg_settings" to GitHub, so alternative:
