Add a Tip on the Report Page for Users Who Access It Directly

When users access `https://agrd.io/report` > `https://reports.adguard.com/en/new_issue.html` directly, all form fields are empty and must be filled manually.

It would be helpful to add a small informational tip explaining that reporting via the AdGuard app or browser extension automatically fills in the required technical details (product version, filters, system info, etc.).

This would make the reporting process easier and reduce incomplete reports.
