This will help clarify whether the issue is clearly visible upon visiting the site or if specific steps are required to reproduce it. Users may not give attention to the comment section and directly submit the report, which can lead to filter maintainers responding with "Need steps to reproduce." etc.

Adding this section would make the process easier and help reduce unnecessary burden.

If 'No' is selected, a comment should be mandatory to provide the steps to reproduce the issue.
