When reporting an issue from a new window, the the link from the last window is used, not the current window

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open any 2 websites, for example google.com and adguard.com
2. Select the google.com tab, and drag it outside of its current window, to create a new window
3. Select the AdGuard for Safari extension icon, and select the 'Report' button to report an issue
4. The link captured by the reporting tool will be for Adguard.com, and not google.com

Reproduce the two-window scenario with google.com and adguard.com, then start at the reporting tool's URL-capture path. Compare the URL captured after moving the Google tab into a new window with the expected current-tab URL; done means the report uses the current window's active tab rather than the previous window.
