Improve enabled filter lists detection in AG for Android

It looks like, sometimes, reports tool fails detecting enabled filter lists.
For example,
- in the free version of the app it detects AG protection filter as enabled, but it can't be enabled, because it's a paid feature;
- if you enable AG Social Media filter in Settings -> Filtering -> Filters -> Social filters but you disable Annoyance blocking in Protection, it detects AG Social Media filter as enabled

Start by reproducing the two Android scenarios described: the free version incorrectly reports AG protection as enabled, and AG Social Media remains enabled after Annoyance blocking is disabled. Trace the reports tool's enabled-filter-list detection; done means paid-only lists are not reported in the free app and dependent lists are not reported when their protection setting is disabled.
