The endpoint url_info.json is called twice which seems redundant to me:
1. When step 3 loads
2. After clicking next of step 3


Start by searching the codebase for the url_info.json endpoint and trace the requests made when step 3 loads and when Next is clicked. Reproduce the workflow to confirm both calls, then verify that the endpoint is requested only once while the step flow still works.
