Adguard Report Wizard should recognize AdguardExtra extension/userscript and URLS for external filters

### Problem Description
Adguard Browser Extension does not include information about custom user scripts and external URLs filters in Wizard Report.
Adguard Report Wizard should recognize `Adguard Extra` extension/userscript present and URLs for external filters if are used.

@anastenko yes.

Start at the AdGuard Report Wizard linked in the issue and reproduce a report with Adguard Extra installed and external filter URLs configured. Verify how the wizard currently gathers extension and filter information; done means the generated report includes the Adguard Extra presence and the external filter URLs.
