Consider to force reporters to provide their GitHub ID.

Sometimes reporters don't give clear information and don't leave contact methods.
Filters' developers sometimes also need reporters' help especially when the content is foreign language.

Ex: The Taiwanese reporters didn't leave their GitHub ID.

Can AdGuard filters' developers perfectly solve issues if I don't help filters' developers to recognize locations of ads?

If they don't leave GitHub ID, don't allow them submitting issues.
Force them to register GitHub ID first and then fill in it on web reporting tool.**

Start with the ReportsWebApp web reporting submission flow and its handling of reporter identity. Clarify with maintainers whether GitHub registration and an ID must be mandatory, then define how submission behavior and stored reporter information should be verified when the requirement is complete.
