Exclude `#%#//scriptlet("prevent-window-open")` filter Rule from AdGuard Popup Blocker "Option" Functions

**AdGuard Popup Blocker** v2.5.105

On some websites, when this filter rule is active:

#%#//scriptlet("prevent-window-open")
```

Popups still open despite this filter rule, and **AdGuard Popup Blocker** blocks them. However, when I try to open the blocked popup's URL link `show` or `Manage Preferences...` in the AdGuard Popup Blocker options, this filter rule prevents it.

So if possible, **AdGuard Popup Blocker** should be excluded in general.
