Description
It may be useful for the VPN users as time zone difference may be used to detect them.

> Если возможно, добавьте, пожалуйста в todo возможность передавать в браузеру измененный часовой пояс. Функционал антитрека очень богат, за это огромное спасибо. Но подмена часового пояса была бы полезна!
