Since the latest beta update (5567), DPI bypassing is once again not working on the Korean carrier KT.

Since the latest beta update (5567), DPI bypassing is once again not working on the Korean carrier KT.

### Expected Behavior

### Actual Behavior

It didn't work prior to the previous version, then DPI bypassing worked well in that previous version after the update, but now it's not working again in the current version.
