### Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:
1. Add `[$path=/shorts/]youtube.com##body`
2. Go to `https://www.youtube.com/`
3. Click on `Shorts` and see if the body will be hidden

### Expected Behavior

The body is hidden

### Actual Behavior

Not

### Additional Information

IDK if you prefer expanding `$path` or adding a new option. When it comes to uBO parity https://github.com/AdguardTeam/CoreLibs/issues/2012 `example.org/path` is the same behavior (no support for dynamic update), but `:matches-path` can reflect dynamic changes.
