AG can't pass revoked.badssl.com

### Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:
1. Visit [revoked.badssl.com](https://revoked.badssl.com/).
2. Turn AG off.
3. Visit the website once again.

### Expected Behavior

AG should pass the website's revocation tests.

### Actual Behavior

AG can't pass the website's revocation tests.
