### Issue Details
I tested [Stealth Mode (Tracking protection) > Protect against DPI](https://adguard.com/kb/general/stealth-mode/#dpi), and it does not bypass ISP blocks
### Proposed solution
Adguard Integrate In-App DPI library [ByeDPI](https://github.com/dovecoteescapee/ByeDPIAndroid) and [PowerTunnel DPI](https://github.com/krlvm/PowerTunnel-Android), Used in conjunction with [Adguard DNS filtering rules syntax](https://adguard-dns.io/kb/general/dns-filtering-syntax/#basic-examples) hosts
