### AdGuard version
7.19.0 nightly 1 (4800) (CL 1.16.19, DL 2.5.41 )
### Browser version
Chrome 128
### OS version
Windows 11
### Issue Details
Steps to reproduce:
1. Install Chrome and Bitwarden extension - https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/bitwarden-password-manage/nngceckbapebfimnlniiiahkandclblb
2. Allow it to use in incognito window
3. Add these rules to user rules:
```adblock
||adguard.com^$replace=//\n\n\n/
adguard.com##.main
```
4. Open incognito window
5. Go to - https://adguard.com/en/welcome.html
6. Click on the "Blog" link
7. Click on the "Back" button
### Expected Behavior
After navigating back, element hiding rules should be applied.
### Actual Behavior
When website is loaded from the cache then in specific cases content script is not injected and element hiding rules do not work.

### Additional Information
I'm not sure if it's CoreLibs bug or just some kind of incompatibility between Bitwarden and AdGuard app.
