Steps to reproduce:
1. Enable AdGuard URL Tracking filter
2. Update it
3. ### Expected Behavior

Parameters `referrer`, `pcampaignid` are removed like on AdGuard for Windows.

### Actual Behavior

Parameters `referrer`, `pcampaignid` are not removed.
The rules are in the optimized filter, but for some reason they are not applied.
