Getting genAI ads leaking past Adguard

### Prerequisites

### Issue Details

Predatory, annoying and obtrusive ads featuring genAI bs are now appearing on the website gelbooru, regardless of what Adguard filters I turn off or on, but only on pages containing content deemed nsfw.

### Expected Behavior

Adguard would prevent these animated ads, video overlay ads and redirect backdoors regardless of the content.

### Actual Behavior

On pages with only content with ratings "General" or "Sensitive" no ads appear. If even one art with ratings "Questionable" or "Explicit" Adguard does not catch these genAI ads and even allows the site to open harmful redirect links that open the link you actually clicked in another tab.

These ratings include such "scandalous" images as "visible inner thigh" and "gay kissing." I would really like to find artists drawing gay kissing without running into anything genAI, and search engines really aren't an option these days.
