### Expected Behavior
Generichide exclusion only disables generic element hiding rules and not url block rules too

### Actual Behavior

https://www.fussballtransfers.com/lib/prebid8.49.0.js gets unblocked

Enable only Base filter and it should trigger AdBlock warning, now add this rule to user filter and adblock warning is gone:

`@@||fussballtransfers.com^$generichide`

The site is checking if two urls are blocked and therefore generichide rule should not help against this adblock warning at all.
