The problem with updating filters

### Steps to reproduce

1. Open the application
2. Click on the update filters
3. Get an update error notification

### Expected behavior
Updates should be checked and a message should be displayed stating that all the latest updates have been installed, or some filters have been successfully updated

### Actual behavior
Update error. Please try again later
