localizations issues

1. I see the outmoded English phrases and translations about "user filter" in AdGuard Content Blocker v2.6.0, but they were already modified on Crowdin 2 months ago.

The user filter is empty

2. Very outmoded translations of filters' name/description in AdGuard Content Blocker v2.6.0.
Even the translations of filters' name/description in AdGuard Content Blocker are older than what other AG apps currently use.
Updating locales in filters registry is opened there.

After locales in filters registry are updated in the future, please also apply the latest ones in AdGuard Content Blocker.
