### Steps to reproduce
* Open any webpage and disable filtration for 30 sec
* When time is up click 'Reload page'
* Click 'Block ads on this website'

### Actual result
'Block ads on this website' doesn't react at first: https://uploads.adguard.org/annrgy_s08fb.mp4
