### Issue Details

The Assistant doesn't display the HTTPS filtering status until you click on it.

### Proposed solution

For non-advanced users, it would make more obvious if the Assistant icon changed color when no https filtering is applied.
And copy/move `HTTPS filtering was not performed for this website` to the main popup screen.

* OK - green
* HTTPS exclusion - grey or green
* not filtered and not in the HTTPS exclusions - yellow, for example.
