### Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Safari with AdGuard enabled
2. Click menu button > AdGuard
3. Scroll down and tap "Report an issue"

### Expected Behavior

The app version on the report form is prefilled with the correct app version (4.5.22)

### Actual Behavior

App version is pre-filled as 1.0
